What is the production time
for bespoke jewellery?

The typical production time for a bespoke piece is between 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials.

What types of metals do you work with?

we work exclusively with precious metals, including yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as platinum.

What types of sTONES do you work with?

we work with DIAMONDS AND OTHER precious STONES, we are also able to source a variety of fancy-coloured diamonds to create truly distinctive designs.

What is the payment process for
my bespoke piece?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and begin crafting your bespoke piece. The remaining balance is due following completion, and prior to delivery. please review our payments, deposits and refunds policy for complete details.

Can I change or cancel my order
after the deposit is paid?

As soon as your deposit is paid, the necessary materials are sourced, and production begins meaning changes to your order cannot be made once the deposit is paid, and any cancelation will result in a loss of deposit. Please review our full returns policy for complete details.

Is the cad fee refundable?

If you proceed with your order, the £100 CAD fee will be deducted from your final payment. However, if you choose not to proceed with your design, the CAD fee is non-refundable. please review our payments, deposits and refunds policy​ for complete details.

How long is my bespoke jewellery quote valid for?

Your quote is valid for 7 calendar days from the date it is issued. After this period, we may need to reissue the quote to reflect any changes in material costs or availability. please review our QUOTATIONS POLICY for complete details.
