REPAIRS AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for an assessment.

Examples of manufacturing defects include faulty clasps, joints, or structural issues arising from the materials or craftsmanship.

Exclusions include damage caused by accidents, misuse, wear and tear, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
2. Inspection & Return
If you suspect a defect in your jewellery, please return the item to us for inspection within 30 days of receiving the item. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the jewellery to us unless the defect is determined to be due to manufacturing issues. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Remedies for Defects
Once we receive your jewellery for inspection, we will aim to complete the assessment within 10 business days. If the jewellery is found to be defective due to manufacturing, we will provide one of the following remedies:
Repair

If possible, we will repair the piece at no additional cost.

Repairs will typically take 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work.
Replacement

If a repair is not feasible, we will replace the item with a similar piece of jewellery.

The replacement will be provided within 4-6 weeks, depending on the availability of materials AND PRODUCTION TIMES.
Refund

If neither a repair nor replacement is viable, we will issue a refund for the item within 10 business days of assessment.
4. Resizing & Alterations
While we offer resizing and alterations services, please note that alterations or resizing requests post-delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges. If resizing is required due to a manufacturing defect, it will be addressed at no additional cost during the assessment process.
Resizing or alteration services, if agreed upon, generally take 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request.
5. Customer Care & Maintenance
We encourage you to take proper care of your jewellery to ensure its continued quality. To maintain your bespoke piece, we recommend the following:

Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics.

Remove jewellery before engaging in physical activities, such as exercising or swimming.

Regularly clean your jewellery with suitable, non-abrasive materials.
6. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your jewellery is found to be defective due to manufacturing, we will work with you to provide a remedy. You are entitled to request a remedy within a reasonable period, typically no longer than 6 months after delivery, depending on the item’s nature and use.
