These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the ordering of bespoke jewellery from Lost Archives LTD. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Ordering Process


All orders are placed directly with a member of our sales team. Once your order details are confirmed, we will issue a payment request.

A contract is formed once your order is accepted and your initial deposit payment has been received.

 

3. Bespoke Products & Cancellations


All of our products are custom-made to order, tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are commissioning bespoke goods and therefore waive the statutory cancellation rights.

This does not affect your right to a refund or repair if the item is faulty or not as described (see Section 6).

 

4. Payment Terms


A 50% deposit must be paid before production of your bespoke jewellery begins. The remaining 50% balance is due post-production but prior to delivery.

Payment is accepted via secure payment link or bank transfer. Orders will not be delivered until the full balance has been received.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

5. Delivery

 

We aim to deliver all bespoke jewellery within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving your deposit. This timeframe may vary depending on design complexity and production schedules.

We will keep you updated throughout the process. Delivery will be arranged directly with you via our sales team.

 

6. Faulty Goods


If your jewellery is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us at info@lost-archives.com within 30 days of receiving the item to report any issues.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Lost Archives LTD and are protected under UK intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Losses arising from your misuse of the website or products

Loss of profit, revenue, or data

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

 

9. Privacy

 

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

 

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
